The OMSA Med Retreat Committee welcomed Ontario medical students back for Med Retreat 2026, a cozy winter lakeside getaway designed to help you step away from the pace of school and reconnect with rest, community, and yourself.

This was a weekend centered on wellness, movement, creativity, and connection. From relaxing activities to shared meals and time with fellow medical students from across the province, Med Retreat is a chance to recharge in a meaningful way.

Across two nights, the retreat brought together students from across the province for a balance of activity and stillness.
